So you are moving…

Whether it’s a seachange or a work posting etc you need to provide us with a minimum of 14 days notice in writing. If you are intending to leave prior to the end of your lease term there may be other costs involved.

To provide notice please complete the Notice of Intention to Leave form and return the completed form to rentals@quaid.com.au.

Once we have received your notice we will provide you with a “Tenant Vacating Guide”. This will assist you through the vacating process.
