This block is located only a few kilometers from the sea at the junction of the Mulgrave and Russell Rivers east from Deeral. It has an approximate 1km frontage to the Mulgrave River.
The topography varies from river flats to undulating and hilly country along the north boundary. Sections of this block had previously been cleared for sugar cane, however coastal vegetation has re grown over this area. Some small areas of endangered vegetation exist.
Currently the block has an approximate 1km frontage to the Mulgrave River and it could be considered that the property is on the high side of the River. Road access onto the property could be possible, however some road works would need to be undertaken to allow this to happen. Access to the property can only be obtained by a boat at this point in time.
This properties vegetation attributes, its relative isolation and its limited access restricted to boat could be attractive to the lifestyler looking to get away from it all or business entrepreneur looking to create some form of ecotourism venture on the property.
